Location : It is situated on Bombay-Pune Rail and Road Route.

The temples of (1) Shahipuri (2) Gangavesh Huward (3) Parshwanath (4) Neminath (5) Mangalwar pathe are the holy shrines for pilgrimage. We find about 1000 years old seats of Bhattarak Laxmisen and Jinsen. there is a 28 feet high idol of Bhagwan Adinath.

It is said of Neminath temple that the Jain Trikoot Chaitylaaya here which is now Bhairava temples of Hindus. The other temples of Mahalaxmi and Hyotiamba and the places of the Maharaja the Rankala lake are worth seeing places. Jain Dharamsala is available for stay.
