Jain Society of Rochester

The Jain Society of Rochester (JSR) is a religious not-for-profit tax exempt organization to propagate the principles of Jain religion. The Jain Society of Rochester was established in 1976.

The Jain Society of Rochester is currently comprised of people of all backgrounds.

Once a month, a pooja, followed by a luncheon, is held.  These poojas often celebrate notable occasions. The Mahavirjayanti, Diwali, Payusana, and Christmas poojas are a few among many others.  Also, Jain scholars and many others are invited .
