Badnavar Teerth - Madhya Pradesh

This temple of Shri Adishwara Bhagwan is located at Badanvar village at a height of 1650 feet from sea level on a mountain range. It is believed that this temple was built by Samprati, the grand son of Samrat Ashok about 2250 years ago. At one time, this place had many Jain temples and was a large and fabulous town. The temple has been later renovated several times.
